Whole lot of hubbub

As I sit writing an updated synopsis for my feature script at 1:30am, there are over a dozen police cars blocking off Ocean Blvd in downtown Long Beach. I'm assuming their clearing the way for a large shipment to/from the port but this time the police have been sitting there a quite awhile. Must be something big!
