WHAT I LIKED: This film offers a sincere look into a little girl's life with footage that looked and felt like genuine home video.
WHAT I SUGGEST: The effects were not integrated well enough to be an effective story telling tool and the narrative itself was a bit unclear.

I always admire filmmakers that are able to work with children.

WHAT I LIKED: Very ambitious undertaking with an impressive number of digital effects. The the ghostly figure towards the end was great!
WHAT I SUGGEST: On that note, digital effects draw attention to themselves and do not hold up to scrutiny (which can distract attention from the story).

WHAT I LIKED: Experimental in it's execution this film does well to exude an unsettled feeling from its amorphous narrative style.
WHAT I SUGGEST: The film almost lost me in the beginning but I slowly got draw into it.

A very curious style you have - I can't even tell if I like it or not but there's something there.

WHAT I LIKED: Nice, charming story that is well produced and flows nicely from beginning to end.
WHAT I SUGGEST: The photography and animation are well done on their own but when they're integrated, the reality of the film is not as seemless as it should be.

This film has a very youthful spirit to it.

WHAT I LIKED: Funny and endearing film. well shot and performed with the music giving it a truly cinematic feel.
WHAT I SUGGEST: The look and feel of this film is strikingly similar to a Cal State Long Beach student film I know called "El Paletero".

Both films are well executed version of an entertaining story.
